Dr. Manzoor Ahmad is the Chairman of Pakistan LNG Limited’s Board of Directors.
Additionally, he is also the President of the Policy Research Institute of Market Economy (PRIME), Senior Fellow at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development, Geneva, and the CEO of World Trade Advisors. Previously, Dr. Ahmad served as Pakistan’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as a Director for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Geneva. He has also served as Member (Customs), Federal Board of Revenue as well as a Deputy Director, World Customs Organization in Brussels, Belgium.
Dr. Ahmad holds a Ph.D. from the University of Hull.
Mr. Sikandar Sultan Raja is the Secretary (Petroleum), Ministry of Energy.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Pak Arab Refinery Limited, and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL). Previously, he has held several key positions in the Government of Punjab, including Secretary, Communication and Works Department, and Director General, Excise and Taxation Department.
Mr. Raja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from King Edward Medical College, Lahore.
Mr. Arif Ahmed Khan is the Secretary, Ministry of Finance.
Previously he served as Secretary of Economic Affairs Division, Water Resources Division, Interior Ministry and Climate Change Division, and as Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Government of Sind. He has also worked as Consul General and Trade Commissioner of Pakistan in Montreal, Canada and later as Programme Coordinator of International Trade Centre (ITC), Geneva.
Mr. Khan holds a Masters’ in Public Policy from Concordia University, Quebec.
Mr. Hassan Nasir Jamy is the Additional Secretary (Petroleum Division), Ministry of Energy.
Previously, Mr. Jamy served as the Additional Secretary, Ministry of Water and Power (now Ministry of Energy, Power Division) for nearly three years.
He holds an MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, as well as a Masters in Rural Development from University of Sussex, UK. He also attended Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow Programme in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina, USA in 2004.
Mr. Mobin Saulat is the Managing Director at Inter State Gas Company (Pvt.) Limited (ISGS), as well as the Acting Managing Director for Government Holdings (Private) Limited (GHPL).
Previously, he served as the Finance Director at Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) from 2006-2007, the Group Head (Finance & Accounts) of the Army Welfare Trust, and the Chief Financial Controller at Techno Engineering Services (Pvt.) Limited.
He holds a B.Sc. Degree from the University of Punjab, Lahore and is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
